Do you have an eye for detail? Are you looking for an international role where you can fully utilize your administrative skills? Then we need you! As a Portfolio Management Administrator, you are responsible for the administration of service contracts from start to finish in our client's system. This is a full-time consultancy position starting immediately, preferably by July 20th, and running until December 12, 2026.

About the role

The Service Contracts organization is based in Gothenburg, and we work in an informal work environment with a strong focus on personal development.

The Portfolio Management department within Service Contracts consists of two teams that together manage the portfolio across 31 countries – from Spain to Malaysia and from Sweden to South Africa. The markets are distributed between the two teams.

In this role, you are responsible for administering service contracts for several international markets. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Activating new service contracts
  • Implementing changes and adjustments
  • Handling monthly invoicing
  • Monitoring operations through standard reports
  • Ensuring accurate financial reconciliations

You are the first point of contact for operational questions and have daily contact with representatives from the various markets. Together with the team, you ensure high-quality service delivery and use your attention to detail to prevent and resolve errors in processes.

Beyond operational tasks, you actively contribute to identifying, implementing, and maintaining process improvements and system changes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for:
  • A degree in administration, business economics, business management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with administrative processes and systems for at least 1 year.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and data analysis.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken.

Start: As soon as possible, preferably in July

Location: Lundby, Gothenburg

Salary: 33,000 SEK/month
