About the role

As a Business Controller, you will become an important partner to the operations and work closely with managers and business areas. The role is clearly business-oriented and involves responsibility for analyzing, challenging, and supporting the operations in achieving their goals. You work both operationally and forward-looking with a focus on profitability, control, and decision support. Svenska Foder's finance department is part of Financial Operations within DLG Group.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Business Controller, you are responsible for analyzing results, budget, and forecasts, as well as producing relevant decision support materials for management and operations. You actively work with monitoring and developing key performance indicators related to profitability and efficiency, acting as a support to managers in financial matters. The work also includes participation in monthly and annual financial statements, where you contribute to quality and understanding in reporting. The role further involves participating in budget and forecast processes, as well as driving and developing methods within follow-up, analysis, and reporting to strengthen the operations' control and business understanding.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have a relevant higher education in economics and a few years of experience in controlling, preferably in a business-oriented role. You have a strong business interest and good analytical skills, while thriving in a role with many contact points and collaborations. You are self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented, and have good knowledge of Excel as well as experience with BI tools. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
