As a Project Controller, you work operationally as a business partner, supporting the Finance Director and project managers within one of the product units for Air Traffic Management. Your main responsibility is to support projects from an economic perspective and create understanding of the financial aspects. You contribute to early identification of risks and opportunities to ensure successful project execution.

This is a consulting assignment starting on August 17th and running until March 17, 2027.

You will become an active member of the finance department and report to the Finance Director for Air Traffic Management AB.

You will work closely with the operations and project organization, focusing on identifying problems and turning them into opportunities. You are expected to be proactive and highlight changed conditions affecting the business as early as possible, providing early warning signals and avoiding unexpected surprises. You are responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Collaborate with projects from an economic perspective.
• Work analytically and proactively, challenging the business within the financial area.
• Be responsible for financial planning, forecasts, and reporting.
• Ensure cost awareness within the product unit.
• Analyze and identify risks, challenges, and opportunities, and propose improvement measures.
• Travel to the Netherlands as well as within Sweden (Gothenburg, Växjö, and Sundsvall) may occur.

We are looking for a Project Controller who has:

• A bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience in business controlling or project controlling in an international business for at least 3 years.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of financial reporting and analysis tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of financial systems such as Agresso is an advantage.
