Now we are looking for you who want to make a difference and become our new Customer Service Representative for the night shift in our SPOC team at Eltel. The team provides service around the clock, every day of the year, and this position involves working according to a rolling schedule with evening, night, and weekend shifts. Currently, it is acceptable to work independently from home during night and weekend shifts, and every fourth week you work daytime hours from the office together with your colleagues and manager.

My name is Gitte and I am responsible for Eltel's Customer Service, where SPOC is one of my teams. SPOC stands for Single Point Of Contact and is a national common entry point for all our customers' questions, orders, and urgent assignments. We are an engaged team where the day and night shifts work together to provide our customers with fast and professional service, regardless of the time of day. We are now looking for a new colleague as one of our employees has moved on within Eltel.

What are my responsibilities?

As a Customer Service Representative in the night shift, you are responsible for handling urgent matters that require immediate action. You become an important link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring that the right resources are deployed as quickly as possible.

Examples of tasks:

  • Handle urgent assignments requiring immediate action according to current SLA.
  • Monitor incoming urgent cases.
  • Register fault reports and dispatch technicians.
  • Follow up with customers via phone and email.
  • Handle administrative tasks.
  • Log into customers' support systems and retrieve information to support Eltel's or the customer's technicians.
  • Check materials and order them if necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of routines and working methods.

To succeed in the role, you need:

  • Good social competence and professional customer handling.
  • Service-oriented and solution-oriented.
  • Structured and able to prioritize multiple parallel cases.
  • Enjoy working independently and making your own decisions.
  • An interest in continuous improvements and documentation of routines.
  • Responsible and willing to develop in your role.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service or another service-oriented role.
  • Good computer skills and ease in learning new systems.
  • Experience from the telecom or infrastructure sector is meritorious but not a requirement.
  • Ability to work inconvenient hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Working Hours

The position involves working according to a rolling schedule with evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Night shifts are 18:00–07:30, and during these times you work independently from home.

Every fourth week you work daytime hours from the office, where you meet your colleagues and manager for collaboration, planning, and joint development.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probation period. Start date is by agreement.
