Your responsibilities

As an Agricultural Advisor, you are part of our corporate team and work proactively with financial advice for our forestry and agricultural customers. You create solutions tailored to each customer's unique situation and business.

With a holistic perspective, you support the customer with financing, savings, payment solutions, and digital services. The role also includes the administrative work associated with corporate business.

You meet your customers where they are – out on the farm, at the bank, digitally, or at customer meetings. At the same time, you stay updated on market developments, external factors, and regulations affecting the forestry and agricultural industries. By staying ahead, you create security and develop the business over time.

The role involves both deepening relationships with existing customers and establishing new ones, in close collaboration with colleagues. You also participate in the bank's marketing and customer activities and actively contribute to developing our offerings.

The position is full-time, starting as agreed.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have an academic education as an agronomist or estate manager. Alternatively, an economic education at a corresponding level or another background that we assess as equivalent – previous experience within agriculture is seen as highly meritorious.

To assume the role, you need to have a Swedsec advisor license. If you already have it, that is meritorious; otherwise, we give you the opportunity to further educate yourself.

You have a business-minded approach and enjoy taking initiative and creating opportunities. At the same time, you are structured and have a clear solution focus.

Therefore, we believe you are a person who builds long-term relationships through attentiveness and a genuine interest in our customers and the shared business. You combine professionalism with warmth and believe, just like we do, in the power of the personal meeting.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good digital skills.
