Information about the position
Together with Ragn-Sells, we are now looking for a transport planner who can strengthen operations during an intensive period in connection with the implementation of a new business system. The assignment is part of our staffing services, which means you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant. The intention is that you will eventually be employed by Ragn-Sells, provided that all parties are satisfied. About the role
As a transport planner, you will work closely with drivers, operations, and administrative functions. The role involves daily planning and optimization of transports as well as handling changes in operations. You will work in a central function where you are responsible for planning and coordinating transports so that operations run efficiently and deliveries occur as planned.

Tasks include:

• Daily planning and optimization of transports
• Coordination with drivers and operations
• Ensuring delivery precision and efficient resource use
• Handling deviations and rapid rescheduling
• Follow-up on completed transports
• Working in the organization's planning and business systems

For the role, we are looking for someone who

• Has experience in transport planning, logistics planning, or similar roles, from either work life or education
• Has good computer and system skills
• Is fluent in Swedish

If you have previous experience in the waste industry and knowledge of planning systems, it is an advantage for the position, but not a requirement.
