Now, Göteborg Energi is looking for a customer administrator who wants to help create a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will combine customer dialogue in various channels with administrative work and analysis. You will work solution-oriented and ensure that each case is handled professionally and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Working with collection cases in close dialogue with customers and external partners
  • Investigating and resolving complex claims issues through analysis of contracts, invoice documentation, and payment history
  • Handling cases related to bankruptcies and corporate restructurings
  • Providing professional and solution-oriented service in incoming customer inquiries
  • Being responsible for questions regarding contracts, invoices, and payments – from investigation to resolution
  • Working with invoicing and quality-assuring invoice documentation
  • Ensuring high data quality through ongoing registry maintenance
  • Collaborating with the team to develop work methods and improve customer experience
  • Participating in general tasks within the organization

Your Team

In our Customer Experience department, about 70 customer administrators work to provide our customers with first-class service in various phases of the customer journey - from advice, contracts, and invoicing to claims management, fault reporting, and complaints. We are now looking for new colleagues for one of our units that focuses on customer cases related to invoicing and claims support.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where service, structure, and problem-solving meet.

You have:

  • a high school education (3 years), with an economic focus, preferably supplemented with post-secondary education in administration and economics.
  • several years of experience in administrative customer service
  • very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
  • good system familiarity and ease in learning new digital tools

It is advantageous if you have experience with CRM systems or from the energy sector.
