B2B Sales Representative for Industrial Segment

About the Company
The business mainly consists of manufacturing sheet metal, steel, and injection-molded products. They press, laser cut, mill, surface treat, and injection mold a variety of components that we then deliver to world-leading industrial companies.
Job Responsibilities
As the sales responsible at the customer, you will work towards the industrial segment. They currently have no sales organization, so your task will be to review processes and identify markets for these. Review and improve the customer's network of suppliers and customers. Your points of contact with customers are usually purchasing but can also include other decision-makers who see the benefits of the customer's offerings.
You are responsible for the entire sales process - from prospecting to closing. You will work with both existing and new potential customers. You will prospect, book meetings, conduct customer presentations, prepare tailored quotes, and follow up to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our suppliers to deliver the best possible solutions to your customers. As a salesperson, you drive the business forward and maintain good relationships with customers. You will work closely with colleagues in manufacturing and support functions with a focus on growth. You will be based at the customer's office in Gamlestaden and report to the head of the Sales & Management Division.
Longer trips are not normally included but can absolutely occur. Here we request flexibility.

- Previous experience in B2B sales with good results against industrial customers.
- The owners have identified manufacturing in defense and aerospace as key areas for the future. Therefore, it is a great advantage if you have experience and a network from these areas.
- You are persistent and tenacious.
- You have a high business acumen and self-drive.
- You are service-minded and consider it a given to always prioritize the customer first; all customers are equally important.
- You have a strong desire to make deals.
- Driver's license.
- You can communicate both in Swedish and English at a professional level.
- You have basic administrative skills and are used to working in the Office suite.
