The work takes place in our fresh and nice office premises at Sandlidsgatan 3 in Borås!

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries primarily via chat, email, and phone along with related administrative tasks.
• Work independently in our case management system.

Your Profile

• Experience in customer service or a similar service profession
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and Teams
• Experience from working in an ICA store or similar is considered an advantage
• As a person, you are service-oriented, engaged, and a communicative relationship builder who is good at structure and administration. You highly value self-leadership.
• Ability to absorb a large amount of information and have a high learning capacity
