Bambusa AB is looking for more B2B sales representatives focused on retail and wholesale for the Nordic team.
We are looking for someone who thrives on freedom, responsibility, and the opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will be a central part of a Nordic initiative where you work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for building Bambusa's presence in retail across Sweden. You will actively work on new customer acquisition, relationship building, and long-term sales. The role involves driving the entire process – from the first contact to contracts and follow-ups – and you have great opportunity to influence work methods and structure. You will work towards clear goals and KPIs, using your mobile and computer as your primary tools.
Examples of tasks:
· Identify, process, and generate new leads, including scheduling and conducting digital customer meetings.
· Present, demonstrate, and sell Bambusa's products to stores and retailers.
· Negotiate and sign contracts and ensure customer follow-up.
· Work systematically in CRM, follow up activities, report results, and suggest improvements.
· Plan and prioritize your sales area in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
Do you match the profile?We are looking for someone driven by creating business, building relationships, and enjoying a high activity level to achieve results. This is a role that leaves much up to you, depending on how self-led and motivated you are for the task.
To succeed, you need to be results-driven, persistent, curious, and able to create activity that leads to long-term relationships, even when decision-making paths vary and challenges arise. You enjoy tracking your KPIs and constantly strive to exceed your goals. You are a fighter who wants to deliver to both customers and the business.
In addition to the above, we desire the following experience and skills
· At least 5 years of experience in B2B and/or retail sales
· Experience in new customer acquisition and personal budget responsibility
· Good experience working with CRM systems
· Very good computer skills in Office or Google Workspace
· Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
· Driver's license (B)
Knowledge of Danish and Norwegian is a plus.
The PositionFull-time, probationary employment. Start immediately as agreed. Fixed base salary and bonus.
LocationSouthern or western Sweden, freely placed.
