We are looking for a strategic and technical CRM Manager who wants to take ownership of the entire customer journey and drive Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

📍 Borås (hybrid)

About the role:

In this role, you will work at the intersection of marketing, Data/BI, and tech to create personalized, data-driven, and automated customer journeys via email, SMS, and push notifications. You will play a central role in developing and optimizing customer communication and loyalty over time, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for and developing CRM and lifecycle strategy

- Build and optimize automated customer journeys

- Work data-driven with segmentation, analysis, and follow-up

- Ensure relevant and personalized customer experiences

- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and analytics functions

We are looking for someone who

- Has experience in CRM, marketing automation, or similar

- Is accustomed to working data-driven and business-oriented

- Has an understanding of customer journeys and customer behavior

- Is analytical, structured, and communicative

- Thrives in a role with many points of contact
