Purchasing Assistant

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Purchasing Assistant with us, you will work closely with the Product Manager, Buyers, and other Purchasing Assistants to ensure that we always have the right products, at the right time, and at the right price. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for offering the industry's most attractive range for families!

In this exciting role, your focus will be on the ordering process and master data. You will have a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to the development of the purchasing work at Jollyroom. Our goal is to become the best in Europe when it comes to assortment, and you will play a key role in achieving that!

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will work with:

• Ongoing order placement and delivery monitoring
• Importing product data into our business system SAP
• Ensuring updates of master data
• Answering questions from other departments and external suppliers regarding products
• Supporting Buyers in ongoing work

We would like you as a Purchasing Assistant to:

• Be goal-oriented, interested, and good at collaborating
• Have strong administrative skills
• Be quick on the keyboard
• Have good knowledge of Excel
• Enjoy numbers and be driven by sales
• Be fluent in spoken and written Swedish, with good knowledge of English

Knowledge of SAP, QlikSense, Inriver, and Litium is an advantage. A degree or background in a relevant field is also advantageous.
