About the Role

Here, a fantastic customer service team works together to provide our customers with unbeatable service, and we have a great time doing it! Your main responsibility in the role is to serve our customers and act as an advisor during the purchase on the platforms where we meet our customers; via email, phone, chat, and social media.

Who are you?

We believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards set goals. It is important that you have good communication skills and a high level of service. Since no day is the same, you need to be solution-oriented and go the extra mile to exceed our customers' expectations. As it can be a fast-paced environment, it is essential that you can work efficiently while maintaining quality. You also need to have the ability to sell to customers and see how you can meet their needs to elevate the shopping experience to new heights.

To succeed in this role, you need to be fluent in Swedish and have a good command of English. Additional language skills are a plus. If you have worked in a similar role, that is certainly an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are

an engaged joy-spreader with a strong work ethic. A good attitude is a given for you, and we would love for you to have an interest in sports and leisure products.

Our Offer

The summer position is a full-time job at 100% employment rate starting from June to mid-August.

The position is located at our office in Grebbestad.

Who are we?

Swedemount Sportswear & Fashion AB started in 1991 and today has 23 stores under the name Sportshopen and one store under the name Bazar. In Sörred outside Gothenburg, we have our 20,000 sqm automated warehouse and office. In Grebbestad on the west coast is also our headquarters and our largest store, which is the largest sports store in the Nordic countries at 14,000 sqm.

Our stores are located throughout Sweden, from north to south, with a growing e-commerce presence that also extends to the European market. Sportshopen is now one of the larger individual players in Sweden in sales within sports and leisure. Our range mainly consists of clothing and shoes from leading brand suppliers, but we also develop and manufacture our own brands – clothing that can be used for activities in harsh climates, year-round.
