Tidbecks is an industrial company with strong expertise in wire and mesh products for demanding environments. Our range includes welded meshes, crimped meshes, touch protection, fan protection, and customized wire-bent solutions.
We combine technical knowledge with flexibility in production and work closely with our customers to create sustainable and long-term solutions. Quality, precision, and responsibility permeate our entire operation – from the first dialogue to final delivery.
We are now looking for a senior salesperson who wants to help further develop our business and strengthen our market position.
About the role
As a salesperson with us, you will have a central role in our continued business development. You will be responsible for developing both existing and new customer relationships and driving business with a clear long-term perspective.
You will immerse yourself in the customer's operations, technical needs, and business goals to identify development opportunities and position Tidbecks as a strategic partner. The role involves regular customer visits and travel, where you build relationships at both operational and decision-making levels.
You will work closely with our technical team and act as the link between customer needs and our manufacturing solutions. In more complex deals, you will contribute with structure, analysis, and a consultative approach.
In addition to the operational sales work, you are expected to:
- Identify new business areas and segments
- Analyze market potential
- Contribute to strengthening our position in selected areas
You will drive your work independently, with clear planning and responsibility for your customer portfolio.
We are looking for someone who has
- Several years of experience in technical B2B sales
- Experience from the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical understanding and experience in dialoguing with technical decision-makers
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license B
Meritorious
- Technical education or equivalent work experience
- Experience in strategic customer development
- Experience in international customer relations
