About the position We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our office in Gothenburg who wants to develop in sales and customer relations. In this role, you will only work with warm leads – companies and individuals who have already shown interest in our services. Your focus will be on reaching out, following up, and helping customers find the right solution based on their needs. You will be part of an engaged sales team where you will receive thorough onboarding, continuous coaching, and great opportunities to grow in your role.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service, service, or sales, preferably via phone
• Is at the beginning of their career and wants to develop in sales
• Has a genuine interest in people and customer relations
• Is communicative, attentive, and trustworthy
• Is motivated by achieving results and enjoys being part of a team working towards common goals
• Is structured, positive, and takes personal responsibility for their work
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or service is an advantage
• Good computer skills and ability to work with different systems
• High school education or equivalent
• A driving license (B) is a plus but not a requirement
