Regional Sales Manager – Construction Industry (Gothenburg)
Area of Responsibility: Western and Southern Sweden
Description:
We are looking for a sharp and engaged Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction industry and experience in selling to housing cooperatives or similar clients. You will be based in Gothenburg but will have responsibility for all of Western and Southern Sweden. If you and your experience are the right fit, you will quickly become a key player in our flat organization where decision-making paths are short and the opportunity to influence your own daily work is significant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for sales and business development towards housing cooperatives, property companies, and similar clients in Western and Southern Sweden (based in Gothenburg).
- Build long-term relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions within construction and building-related services.
- Plan and execute business strategies, offer and pricing structures, as well as follow-up on contracts and customer satisfaction.
- Drive renewal and growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and create profitable contracts.
- Take active responsibility for customer dialogue, quotation work, contract negotiations, and project handover to the delivery phase.
- Collaborate closely with the line manager, project planning and technical teams, as well as marketing to achieve common goals.
- Travel approximately 2–4 overnight stays per month and have a company car.
Qualifications:
- Solid sales background from the construction industry, preferably with a focus on housing cooperatives or similar property relations.
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably towards the construction and real estate sector.
- Strong business acumen, ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and accustomed to working in a flat organization with short decision-making paths.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; social competence is highly valued.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Driver's license B is required.
