We are looking for a driven Buyer to join a fast-paced and innovative environment within the automotive sector. In this role, you will take ownership of indirect procurement categories, with a strong focus on services, systems, and other business-critical indirect spend areas.

You will play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring cost-efficient, high-quality service delivery across the organization.

What you will do

Develop and implement category and segment strategies for indirect services

Lead strategic sourcing activities, including RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations

Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance, quality, and cost efficiency

Drive continuous improvements in supplier performance through proactive dialogue and negotiations

Take ownership of commercial agreements, including renewals, changes, and supplier development

Contribute to business planning and align procurement strategies with organizational goals

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into sourcing strategies

Support and improve procurement processes, tools, and ways of working

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation

Create reports and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic direction

Your profile

Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within indirect services or IT sourcing

Degree in Purchasing, Business, Economics, or similar

Strong experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management

Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment

Good understanding of indirect procurement categories, such as IT systems, licenses, or professional services etc

Strong business acumen and ability to balance cost, quality, and value

Skills & tools

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel usage

Experience with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, or similar

Fluent in English (written and spoken), Swedish is a plus

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to drive initiatives independently while managing multiple priorities
