We are currently seeking a Coordinator with a focus on Finance and Customer Service. This is a full-time temporary position for the period of June 1st – August 16th. Please submit your application by April 26th.

Job Description

In the role of Coordinator with a focus on Finance and Customer Service, you will join the department's core team. Together with four colleagues, you will support the entire Warehouse and Distribution area with various administrative tasks. The group supports, among other things, various project works, registry maintenance in supply systems, and communication, where your role will focus on the finance and customer service aspects.

The main duties of the position involve error handling of non-automatically matched supplier invoices in the region's e-commerce support system. This includes price and quantity checks linked to supplier contracts, reminder management, as well as root cause analysis and corrective actions. Customer service work is also part of the role.

The position is located in Sisjön, Gothenburg.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an upper secondary education in economics, or alternatively other education assessed as equivalent when combined with experience. You have previous experience of administrative tasks. As a person, you are responsible with a sense of order, you take your own initiatives, and find solutions to potential challenges. You have the willingness and ability to provide good service and collaborate with colleagues throughout the Västra Götaland Region. Furthermore, you are communicative, have good Swedish language skills, and are skilled in expressing yourself both verbally and in writing. You have good computer and system skills and are proficient with the Office package.

Previous experience with the Jeeves system is an asset.

About Us

The Warehouse and Distribution area, with 180 employees, is responsible for ensuring robust and cohesive inventory management and distribution of consumables and medicines as part of the administration's mandate for VGR and its inhabitants. The area also has overall responsibility for the administration's external transport. We work to develop a process-oriented way of working to supply our partners in the best possible way throughout production and finally through the entire supply chain.

About the Need

The position is a vacation substitute role, and the need covers the period between June 1st and August 16th. We are therefore looking for someone who has the possibility to work full-time during this period.
