Job Description
Do you want to work with design, business, and strong relationships within an international brand with a high sense of quality and aesthetics? Romo Sweden is now seeking a business-driven and engaged salesperson who wants to help further their position in the Swedish market.
As a salesperson at Romo Sweden, you have a clear mission: to create value for your customers and thereby develop the business.
You work closely with customers, acting as a sounding board for choices of materials, colors, and expressions. In close collaboration with colleagues at the headquarters in Borås, you ensure that business opportunities are developed into closures. By understanding the customer's needs, projects, and vision, you contribute ideas, inspiration, and solutions that elevate the whole.
This is a role for you who thrive in dialogue, in idea work, and in turning creativity into business.
You are responsible for:
- Being an advisory partner to customers in their projects and concept choices
- Ensuring all customers have a current and well-updated assortment with as large a share of Romo's products as possible
- Inspiring and presenting the company's products
- Building long-term relationships and developing existing businesses
- Actively identifying new customers and business opportunities
- Planning, booking, and conducting customer meetings
- Working structured in CRM and following up on your development
- Working towards and being responsible for the budget
- Collaborating internally and contributing to knowledge sharing and business development
The position involves regular travel within Sweden, with approximately 50 overnight stays per year. You have a close connection to the headquarters in Borås.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who combines business acumen with creative flair. You have experience in relationship-based sales or advisory roles – and enjoy being involved early in the customer's process.
You have a genuine interest in interior design, color, and form, and the ability to see the big picture and opportunities.
You are:
- Business-driven with an understanding of the customer's perspective
- Creative, curious, and solution-oriented
- Relationship-building with strong communication skills
- Independent and structured in your working method
- Consultative and confident in an advisory role
Experience in the industry is a strong asset, but we place great importance on your personality, your engagement, and your ability to build trust.
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently and are accustomed to working digitally.
The position is full-time. This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by our client, Romo Sweden AB.
