About the Role
As an Account Manager with us, you will take on a social and dynamic role with many points of contact. You will quickly become part of the team and work closely with engaged leaders and wonderful colleagues from several departments. The most important part of your work will be to build and develop long-term customer relationships. You will shape how you drive your business and customer work yourself, and you can always count on receiving support, tools, and conditions for success.
Your Team and Development
You will become part of a team with other Account Managers and an engaged Team Manager. Responsibilities
As an Account Manager with us, you build and develop your own customer relationships. A typical day for you in this role involves:
- Prospecting: You actively seek new customer contacts – both with companies that do not yet cooperate with us and within our existing network. Here you will really have the chance to show your drive, take your own initiatives, and work goal-oriented to achieve strong results.
- Sales Meetings: This is where you make a difference. By booking and conducting sales meetings, including cold calls, you present our services and build new relationships with potential customers. You create trust, conduct needs analyses, and leave a professional and positive impression on every customer you meet.
- Market Monitoring: To strategically map the future needs of our established customers. We can offer the most value when we anticipate customers' needs and work proactively in our customer relationships.
We Are Looking For You Who
- Have post-secondary education in areas such as sales, economics, or another relevant field.
- Have at least one year of work experience, preferably in a role where you have had regular contact and dialogue with customers.
- Hold a B driver's license.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English.
