We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative who wants to combine customer service with business development. We offer you the best of both worlds: you will help develop long-term customer relationships while contributing to our e-commerce initiative.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative with account management responsibilities, you will work closely with our corporate clients and play a key role in developing our business over time. You are responsible for providing professional and personal service, ensuring every customer receives the right solution, whether it involves custom boxes, labels, or other packaging solutions.
You will handle incoming inquiries, prepare quotes, follow up on customer dialogues, and develop relationships with both existing and new customers. The role also involves proactively identifying new business opportunities and ensuring every customer experiences a professional and engaged approach. You will be part of a tight team alongside two outside sales representatives, while also managing your own customer portfolio to drive and develop business.
In addition to daily customer work, you will play an active role in our digital development. We are soon launching a new e-commerce platform, and you will be involved in digital activities such as newsletters, customer communication, campaigns, and social media.
Occasional travel to customers and trade fairs may occur, but your primary location will be our office in Olsfors.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in B2B sales, for example as an inside sales representative, account manager, or in a similar role. You are driven by building relationships, developing business, and creating long-term customer satisfaction. You have an interest in digital marketing and enjoy working with various systems. You express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you are engaged, business-minded, and self-reliant. You thrive in a role with many daily contacts and appreciate combining service, customer dialogues, and business development. You take initiative, maintain momentum, and drive your cases forward responsibly. You build trust in your relationships, see opportunities in every customer contact, and naturally contribute to a positive and professional collaboration, both internally and externally.
