Your role – more than just customer service

As a customer service representative, you are a central part of the customer experience. You meet our business customers with attentiveness and engagement. Contact is made via telephone, email, and chat, where you guide them through both simple and more complex inquiries.

At Tingstad, you are encouraged to take ownership of every case – not just to solve problems, but to create value. This can involve taking initiative for improvements, sharing learnings with colleagues, or spotting opportunities in daily operations that move the entire department forward. The role also requires you to be a skilled administrator who thrives in an environment where both quality and efficiency are important.

You will work closely with salespeople and other internal teams, giving you broad insight into the business and variety in your workday.

The practical details

• Employment type: Permanent, 100%

• Working hours: Weekdays between 7:00–18:00 according to a rotating schedule

• Salary: 24,000–27,000 SEK per month depending on experience and competence

• Benefits: Wellness allowance and lunch benefit via Edenred

• Location: Tingstad headquarters, Gothenburg
