We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to join Polfärskt Bröd – a broad role where you will contribute to structure, culture, and development. In this role, you will become an important part of the operations, supporting managers with HR issues, driving development initiatives, and playing a central role in creating a well-functioning and pleasant workplace.

About the role

As an HR Specialist, you will work closely with the business and support managers with various personnel matters. The role is varied, combining operational HR work with the development of working methods, culture, and employee experience. You will contribute an HR perspective to the organization's decisions and drive issues within areas such as competence development, work environment, and organizational development. At the same time, you will have an important role in strengthening engagement within the organization through activities and taking active responsibility for the office and work environment on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Support managers with HR and personnel issues, including labor law matters.
• Assist in employee situations such as conflicts, collaboration difficulties, and performance issues.
• Contribute to change management and organizational development.
• Ensure structure and quality in HR processes and documentation.
• Drive and develop competence development, for example through training and learning platforms.
• Initiate and participate in HR projects within areas such as work environment, health, and leadership.
• Work proactively with the work environment and contribute to a sustainable and long-term work climate.
• Develop and improve HR processes, policies, and working methods.
• Act as office manager for our premises and contribute to a well-functioning work environment.
• Plan and execute personnel activities such as team activities and kick-offs.

The role is broad and involves both strategic and operational work. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious, flexible, and enjoy both driving development and handling what arises in daily life. The position is based at our office in Lindome, and you will report to the HR Director.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with broad HR competence who thrives in a role close to the business. You have good knowledge of labor law and feel confident applying it in practice, but are also motivated to work with various HR projects, culture, engagement, and development. You are self-driven, have a strong personal drive, and a good ability to prioritize and structure your work. At the same time, you are unpretentious and willing to roll up your sleeves where needed.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in qualified HR work.
• Good knowledge of labor law and experience in applying it.
• Experience supporting managers with various HR and personnel issues.
• Experience driving projects or development initiatives.
• Good system skills and preferably experience with LMS or other learning platforms.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have a consultative working style. You build trust by being clear, professional, and engaged – and you actively contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
