About the role As a Collection Advisor Assistant at PS Finance Group, you will support our Collection Advisors throughout the debt collection process – from the moment an invoice is overdue until the case is closed. The work is varied and includes case management, administration, and contact with clients and end customers – via phone and email. You will be an important part of ensuring that our customers receive prompt professional service and advice.

The position is a part-time employment of about 16 hours per week and 40 hours per week during the summer and Christmas holidays.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 1 year left of your studies

• Is studying economics, finance, or similar at a college/university

• Has an eye for detail and enjoys administrative tasks

• Is a team player with positive energy and a strong sense of service

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of other Nordic languages such as Norwegian and Danish, but this is not a requirement. You enjoy working towards goals, are solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive atmosphere at work.
