As a Quality Coordinator at Cabonline Region West, you play a key role in creating a positive experience for our drivers and partners – every day. Through close collaboration with colleagues and a professional approach, you contribute to building trust, creating structure, and developing our working methods to ensure high quality in the operation.
In this role, you are a central function in the team and work closely with colleagues in areas such as driver service, quality, and support. You are often one of the first contacts our drivers or customers have with us, making your role both important and significant. You enjoy creating structure and order while being able to quickly shift focus when new issues arise.
Your main responsibilities
Be a central contact point for drivers, carriers, and internal functions in daily operations
Follow up on delivery and quality in the operation and contribute to improvement work
Coordinate and support operational activities related to driver operations
Work with follow-up, case management, and administration related to the operation
Ensure that information is communicated clearly and effectively to drivers and partners
Contribute to structure, development of working methods, and good collaboration between different parts of the organization
Support the operation in various operational and administrative matters as needed
You will report to Area Manager Dennis Isic and work from Cabonline's office in Gothenburg.
Your profile
We prefer that you have experience in an administrative or coordinating role with a lot of contact with people. You have a natural sense of service, good communication skills, and thrive in a role where you can be the spider in the web.
You are self-driven, structured, and ensure that things get done – while also interacting with others in a professional and positive manner.
To succeed in the role, you need to:
Have good administrative skills and experience in case management or customer service
Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality
Have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
Have good computer skills, especially in the Office suite and preferably experience with CRM systems
Hold a Category B driving license (preferred)
Preferred qualifications
It is a plus if you also have:
Experience working in a multicultural environment or industry
Experience in data analysis and monitoring of operational data
Good experience working with Excel and other parts of the Office suite
Experience with BI tools, such as Looker or similar analysis tools
Experience from the transport, taxi, or logistics industry
