Finance Administrator at Brandt in Uddevalla

About the Role
As a Finance Administrator, you will join a finance department consisting of 9 colleagues. The department is responsible for providing our customers with answers to their questions regarding finance agreements, via both phone and email. We verify established vehicle financing. When needed, we support and relieve the department as a supporting function within the organization. We perform credit assessments, i.e., approve/reject credit applications, and conduct occasional UC checks from the start.
The role includes the following tasks:
- Monitoring and follow-up of credit transactions from start to finish
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Invoicing
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Resolving outstanding debts
- Disbursements
- Invoice management, both physical and in the system (Medius)
- Bankgiro payments
- Verification of payments
- Support for sales staff and customers
- Various finance-related administrative tasks
The position is a permanent employment with an initial probation period of 6 months. The location is Uddevalla.

We are looking for someone who is structured with strong administrative skills. Furthermore, we see that you are a proactive and initiative-taking person who is eager to take on new tasks. You have the ability to handle many tasks in parallel, are flexible, and possess strong collaboration skills. The work involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, and places high demands on good communication skills.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in finance is an asset
- Good knowledge of Swedish
- Good computer literacy, primarily in Excel
- Experience with reconciliation work and ongoing bookkeeping is an asset
