About the Role

Temporary Position: 2026-06-01 – 2027-04-30

As a temporary District Sales Manager, you will play a central role in developing and managing our flower departments for grocery customers in your district.

Your workday begins at Blomsterboda in Lidköping, where you assemble the day's assortment for delivery to your stores. In the store, you are responsible for ensuring the flower department is always attractive, well-stocked, and fresh. You handle deliveries, product care, price maintenance, and cleaning, serving as our face to the store and the customer.

We are looking for someone who

• Is motivated by a fast pace and responsibility

• Has an eye for color, form, and sales

• Enjoys customer contact and service

• Is solution-oriented, structured, and self-reliant

• Thrives on early mornings and varied workdays

• Experience in the grocery retail sector is a plus

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Class B driver's license (required)

• Retail experience is an asset
