Turboshop Sweden AB is now looking for a driven and service-oriented salesperson to join our team in Ljungskile. We are the largest turbo supplier in the Nordics, with our own production, workshop, and strong collaborations with leading turbo manufacturers such as Garrett Motion, BorgWarner, and Holset.

About the Role

As a salesperson, you will work with incoming inquiries, provide advice, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers. You will help both private and corporate customers find the right solutions regarding turbochargers, refurbishment, replacement turbos, factory-new products, and upgrades.

You will become an important part of a growing company characterized by high customer service standards, extensive technical knowledge, and a strong team spirit. The role is ideal for you if you enjoy combining sales, technology, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and webshop, as well as pack parcels for customers.
  • Provide advice and guide customers to the right product or service.
  • Create and follow up on quotations and orders.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse, workshop, and other colleagues.
  • Contribute to excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is social, responsible, and has a genuine interest in sales and customer service. You thrive in human interaction and have an easy way of building trust.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or similar work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Merits

  • Interest in engines, vehicles, or technology.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or technical advisory.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market, turbos, or spare parts.
  • Experience with business systems or e-commerce.

About the Position

Full-time. Probation period of 6 months with a good chance of permanent employment, starting as agreed. Daytime working hours. Location: Ljungskile.
