What Does the Role Offer?

As an Inside Sales Representative at Modexa in Borås, you will play a central role in our initiative to build a structured, customer-centric, and service-oriented inside sales function. You will become a key link between the customer, sales, support, and contracting, working with customer service, order management, and coordination throughout the entire business process. Here, you have the opportunity to combine administrative precision with a business-driven approach and long-term relationship building.

You will work in regional teams together with inside sales representatives, contracting managers, and salespeople, where you jointly are responsible for customer dialogue, project flow, and delivery precision. The role involves many contact points both internally and externally, where collaboration and service are crucial for creating a smooth and professional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Proactively work with clients and support them in their calls and utilization of framework agreements
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships with property managers, building caretakers, and real estate administrators
  • Coordinate with contracting teams, project managers, and the sales organization to ensure high quality and delivery precision
  • Act as the customer's contact point throughout the entire process – from the initial inquiry to completed delivery
  • Contribute to the development of internal routines and working methods for a more efficient and customer-focused business process
  • Work administratively with order registration, order management, and data entry of orders from our measurement order system
  • Staff our support phone and assist tenants, customers, and installers with questions and support cases

The role is based at our office in Borås, and you will become part of an engaged team that together builds the future customer team within Modexa.

Who Are You?

You are a positive, self-motivated, and structured person with strong drive and a high sense of service. You thrive in a customer-facing role where you can combine administration, customer contact, and coordination, and you have an aptitude for building trusting relationships over time. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and enjoy working both operationally and close to the business in a daily routine where the pace is sometimes high.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are meticulous, stress-resistant, and flexible, while also having a natural customer focus and good communication skills. You are confident in taking initiative, answering the phone, and working proactively towards customers and partners.

We believe you have previous experience in administrative work, customer service, customer support, or inside sales, preferably in a sales- or service-oriented organization. You are comfortable with systems and have experience working in business systems and digital tools. If you also have experience from the property industry, kitchen solutions, contracting, or project work, it is a plus.

You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, and knowledge of English, Arabic, or other languages is an extra plus. Experience with business systems such as Pyramid or CRM systems such as HubSpot is also considered an advantage.
