As a Store Sales Associate on evening shift at Coop Partille, you are responsible for performing all common store tasks and ensuring the best possible customer service. You are an important face of the company and work according to Coop's guidelines, routines, and values. You are a key person in the meeting with the customer and in the work to create a pleasant and inspiring store.

We are looking for you who is service-oriented, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you meet many people every day. You take responsibility, collaborate well with others, and actively contribute to an inclusive work environment. To succeed in the role, we see that you have good physical fitness as the work may involve heavy lifting, and that you have a strong will to learn and develop in your role.

Main responsibilities

• Restocking and facing of goods
• Creating sales-oriented displays
• Register work
• Handle complaints and claims according to routines
• Self-control, cleaning, and tidiness in the store, warehouse, and staff areas
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
• Follow loss prevention and shrinkage routines
• Contribute to continuous improvements and a good work environment

Depending on the store's needs, you may also work with:

• Product orders
• Returns, receiving checks, and delivery notes
• Handling of CAO (Central Order Processing)
• Price labeling and campaign signage
• Price changes
• Opening and closing the store according to current routines.

The position is a part-time employment of 20 hours/week with immediate start or as agreed. Working hours vary and are scheduled during day and evening times as well as weekends. In this case, naturally more evenings. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the last application date.

Requirements

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• 18 years of age as you need to work independently at the register

Merits:

• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions are meritorious
• High school education.
• Multilingualism.
• Basic knowledge of store economics or food handling.
