About the Role
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a central role in the company's continued growth. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, understanding the customers' business, and driving deals from first contact to closing.
The role involves both shorter sales cycles and more complex sales processes with multiple decision-makers, where your ability to build trust and drive business forward is crucial.
You will work closely with customers in labor-intensive industries and help them streamline and modernize their work processes through smart and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
In the role of B2B Sales Representative, you will among other things:
- Create and develop long-term customer relationships via phone, email, meetings, and digital channels
- Handle incoming inquiries and work proactively with new customer acquisition
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Drive the entire sales process – from first contact to closing
- Work with both shorter deals and longer, complex sales cycles
- Participate in and manage tenders and major business dialogues
- Prepare business proposals and quotes
- Collaborate with partners to develop new business opportunities
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales who thrives in a role that combines structure, drive, and relationship building. You are self-motivated, business-oriented, and have a natural ability to build trust with customers.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience with both simpler and more complex sales processes
- Understanding of tenders and deals with multiple decision-makers
- Experience working in longer sales cycles
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Good digital competence and interest in modern systems and solutions
