Service Advisor Wanted for Facility in Mölndal

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will become an important part of the business and act as the link between the customer and the workshop. You will be responsible for creating a professional and positive customer experience by providing high-quality service and advice throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers via phone and in person.
• Schedule service and workshop visits.
• Provide advice regarding service and repairs.
• Prepare quotations and work orders.
• Act as the contact person between customer and workshop.
• Work with various digital systems and administrative tools.

The position is full-time with working hours during the day/office hours.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from the automotive industry.
• Is computer literate and comfortable working in various systems.
• Holds a B-driver's license for manual transmission.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a professional and service-oriented attitude.
