At ICA Special, you will have a role close to the business, contributing to the development of inspiring stores and a competitive Special assortment. Together with store managers and the store team, you create solutions that make everyday life easier and better for customers.

We are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist within the Special Assortment for the South East region.

About the role

The role is operational, business-oriented, and grounded in the reality of the store. You work on developing Special in ICA stores by translating sales support, concepts, and strategic assortment into concrete execution – always adapted to the store's specific conditions.

You are a key sounding board for the store manager and the store team – you challenge with respect, support development, and drive the work all the way from analysis to execution and follow-up.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop Special in-store based on ICA Special's sales support, assortment strategy, and planograms
• Analyze sales, assortment, exposure, and competition to identify business opportunities
• Prioritize initiatives based on the store's development stage and drive improvements
• Plan and implement exposure, modules, and planograms – adapted to the store's customer flow
• Ensure the right assortment is in place and optimally exposed
• Follow up on actions and ensure effects on sales and customer experience
• Contribute to the development of working methods and best practices within Special

Who are you?

We are looking for you who thrive in an operational role where you get to combine analysis, relationships, and execution.

You:

• Have substantial experience from retail
• Understand how assortment, price, exposure, and campaigns work together to drive sales
• Are used to working practically with the store's business – and like getting things done
• Build trust while daring to challenge to create development
• Are structured, self-initiating, and good at prioritizing
• Have a strong business drive and are motivated by seeing results in the store
• Have a driver's license (Category B) and access to a car as travel is part of the role

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience from Special, Nearfood, or similar categories
• Experience with planograms, assortment management, or store development
• Worked with AOB, Min Butik, Looker, or Tableau
• Experience with sales support and in-store execution

Working conditions

• Travel within the region is a natural part of the role
• On average 2–3 overnight stays per month
