Your Responsibilities

As Planning Manager at Skaraverken, you play a central role in ensuring that the entire workflow, from customer order to delivery, functions efficiently and systematically with a focus on high delivery precision and customer satisfaction. You work closely with production, purchasing, sales, and engineering, playing a vital part in creating the right conditions for the business to deliver with high quality and precision.

You are responsible for planning production and materials based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity, while ensuring that the right materials are in place at the right time. The role also includes following up on deliveries, providing clear feedback to customers, and actively working in the business system Monitor, where you manage and ensure the quality of article and customer data.

Furthermore, you play an important role in contact with both customers and suppliers, where you handle forecasts, follow up on workflows, and contribute to developing a reliable and cost-effective supply chain. You also participate in daily improvement work and continuously work on optimizing planning and working methods.

The role entails overall responsibility for planning and logistics workflows, where you contribute to creating structure, efficiency, and high delivery precision in the business. You report to the site manager, and the position is full-time, daytime hours, starting as agreed.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience from the manufacturing industry and have worked with production planning. You have a good understanding of production flows and thrive in a role where you combine structure, analysis, and operational work in your daily routine.

You are accustomed to working in business systems where you have good knowledge of Monitor as well as Office. Furthermore, you communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You have a natural drive to make things work in practice and thrive in a role with many contact points. You are communicative and collaborate well with both colleagues and external parties, while maintaining a clear customer focus in your work.

About the Role and Opportunity

You will become part of a team within logistics and purchasing with several internal contact points, while working closely with production in your daily work.
