VSAK Industrial Service Partner is growing and is now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to help build and develop our marketing efforts. We are a sales-driven company that has grown from a small business to a larger operation, and now we want to strengthen our presence both digitally and in our external communications.

Today, we do not have a dedicated marketing function. Marketing tasks are handled by several people in the organization, but we are now looking for someone who can take overall responsibility for operational marketing work and create structure, continuity, and development.

About the assignment

This is a consulting assignment via Wise Marketing with our client VSAK. The assignment is part-time (20 hours/week) with flexible days and times, starting in August. The assignment is for 6 months with the possibility of extension and increased hours. The office is in Svenljunga, 3 miles south of Borås, with the possibility of hybrid work.

About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work broadly with the company's marketing and communications. The role is operational and varied, where you are responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content in our digital channels, as well as supporting the business with marketing materials.

Examples of tasks:

• Update and develop the company website
• Plan and publish content on social media
• Create news, customer cases, and simpler texts
• Develop marketing materials for the sales team
• Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and other activities
• Work with newsletters and digital communications
• Ensure the company's graphic profile is followed
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to strengthen the company's brand

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, structured, and likes to get things done. Since the role is new to us, you need to thrive in taking own responsibility, prioritizing between different tasks, and driving marketing activities forward.

We believe you have:

• At least a couple of years of experience in operational marketing work
• Good familiarity with web publishing and social media
• Ability to write clear and engaging texts
• Experience creating content (text, image, and video) in Adobe CS or Canva
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
