Your role as Sales Advisor
The most important task for you as a Sales Advisor is to find the perfect solution for your specific customer by actively listening, answering questions, and guiding the customer to the best purchase. You are driven to achieve your goals; you are not satisfied with just meeting them but want to constantly exceed yourself and achieve even higher results. Development, training, and keeping your technical skills up to date are natural parts of your work.
Who are you?
As a salesperson at Elgiganten, your personal qualities and motivation are the most important. You love meeting customers and achieving your goals, and of course, you have fun while doing it!
Handling Stress. Maintains calm, control, and a positive attitude under pressure. Keeps focus on the task and delivers results even in demanding situations. Handles challenges constructively and maintains stable performance over time.
Customer Relations. Establishes and maintains strong and positive relationships with customers. Shows empathy, listens actively, and adapts communication to the customer's needs. Builds trust through reliability, service, and professionalism, and works long-term to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Result-Oriented. Has a strong focus on the final result and avoids distractions. Shows a determined and engaged approach to achieving results, follows up on tasks and projects until they are completed, and consistently delivers high quality. Sets ambitious goals and works purposefully to exceed expectations.
Collaboration. Actively contributes to good collaboration by sharing knowledge, experiences, and information. Shows respect for others' perspectives and works to create harmony and efficiency in the team. Engages in common goals and supports colleagues to achieve the best possible results together.
