In Sweden, we have 24 exchange offices and around 100 employees, but we are growing rapidly and are now looking for you who want to join our exciting journey. We at ChangeGroup Sweden are now looking for a sales representative on an as-needed basis for our office in Trollhättan. Start date according to agreement.

The role of sales representative at ChangeGroup means an stimulating daily routine where no day is like the other. As an employee at one or more of our offices, you will work actively together with your team, characterized by joy, interaction, and business acumen - always with a high-class customer focus.

Your tasks will vary but primarily include:

• Working at the cash desk, facilitating our main services: sale and purchase of currency
• Processing international payments via Western Union's payment system
• Processing bill payments/account deposits
• Continuous work regarding anti-money laundering and training in applicable regulations and procedures
• Handling administrative tasks to support and follow up on our sales
• Participation in sales activities and marketing projects

We are looking for you who have these qualities

• You love active customer meetings and constantly want to exceed customer expectations
• You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, handling different customer profiles, and working towards set goals
• You are result-driven and service-oriented and want, just like your colleagues, to always deliver the best possible service at the highest possible profitability
• A flexible employee who can work at several of our offices as needed
• You are responsible and have an eye for detail, and complete your tasks with great accuracy and on time according to deadlines
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Some computer skills, primarily in Microsoft Office
• You have a completed education at least at the upper secondary level and have worked/work with sales activities today
• Being able to speak and write Swedish and English fluently is a prerequisite for the position, as the corporate language is English. Speaking additional languages is an advantage
