The Role

As a Sales Representative / Account Manager (AM) with us, you drive the entire business process: from prospecting and initial contact to needs analysis, solution packaging, and follow-up. You work closely with the delivery/recruitment team to create impact for the customer – not just closing a deal.

You will be challenged here but will also gain immense experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and develop your own B2B customer portfolio
  • Prospect and book meetings via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and draft agreements in collaboration with the team
  • Follow up on results and ensure satisfied, returning customers
  • Work data-driven with pipeline, CRM, and clear activity goals

Who You Are

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership from first contact to deal closure
  • Communicative, empathetic, and trust-building
  • Comfortable with new business development and relationship building
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written) (additional languages are a plus)
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage but not a requirement

Practical Details

  • Working hours: Weekdays – on-site at the office
  • Location: Gothenburg (travel may occur)
