ABOUT THE ROLE

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you work with both service and craftsmanship. You are involved in the sales of watches and jewelry, as well as simpler watch repairs, such as battery changes and shortening bracelet links. We work at a fast pace with the customer in focus! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

Other duties include:

• Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
• Earring/nose piercing (training provided upon starting).
• Visual merchandising, restocking, and campaign changes.
• Inventory.

This is a permanent position of 22.5 hours/week starting 2026-07-13.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE AN ADVANTAGE

• Previous work experience in retail.
• A completed upper secondary education.
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish.

THE PROCESS
