About the role

We are now strengthening TMC Automotive and are looking for a Business Manager with full business responsibility. In this role, you drive the business from the initial contact to long-term collaboration, working closely with employeneurs to ensure the right projects, the right customers, and sustainable development.

Here, we have a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within this framework, you have significant autonomy.

We don't control how you work – we care about what you deliver.

What we expect from you

This is a role for you if you:

• Drive B2B sales methodically and with a long-term perspective
• Take responsibility throughout the entire process: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship
• Build trust at the decision-making level
• Work closely with employeneurs and ensure that projects align with both business goals and career aspirations
• Have full responsibility for your team – including development and recruitment
• Self-motivate without the need for micromanagement
• Enjoy building rather than just managing
• Have an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
• Experience from consulting or professional service firms is advantageous, especially in roles close to complex customer deliveries
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required
