About the job

We are looking for customer service talents who can meet our clients' expectations. If you have strong communication skills and experience in customer service, we can teach you the rest. In this role, you will provide support and service for our clients' products via phone and email to users with inquiries regarding functionality, orders, and complaints.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support and service to users of medical technology.
• Contributing to the development and optimization of our projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to our KPIs regarding call duration and service levels.
• Familiarizing yourself with our clients' products to deliver excellent service.
