About the assignment

We are currently seeking two (2) full-time customer service representatives for our client in Gothenburg. This is a consultancy assignment via Bemannia. The assignment starts on August 17th and runs until December 30, 2026.

Your responsibilities

You will meet residents daily, both via phone and email, and as needed, you will also work at the reception desk receiving visitors in person. You provide information and guidance in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Your qualifications

• At least one (1) year of work experience in some form of customer service or reception.
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Good digital maturity and solid knowledge of Office 365.

You thrive when meeting people and possess administrative skill, are self-initiative, responsive, stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
