As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Helping our customers via phone, email, and social media
• Handling returns and complaints
• Being part of an engaged team where we have fun at work!

We are looking for you who:

• Are a service hero and thrive in customer contact
• Have experience from customer service or the service industry (restaurant, retail, newspaper delivery – you know what it takes!)
• Are computer literate and quick to learn new systems
• Are driven by clear goals and like to achieve them
• Are structured and communicative
• Have documented experience working remotely and achieving set goals
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and Danish
• English in speech and writing is a requirement

If you also have experience with SAP, consumer sales law, or GDPR, we will be extra pleased!

The position is a permanent employment with an initial 6-month probation period. The work can be scheduled on weekdays and weekends based on the organization's needs.
