As an inside sales representative, you will work with sales and customer service via phone and email. You will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, following up with customers, and building long-term relationships. The role involves close collaboration with production, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure high service levels and smooth deliveries. Responsibilities

• Process and develop existing customers via phone and email
• Receive and register orders
• Handle incoming order emails and customer inquiries
• Provide customers with advice regarding our range of meat and charcuterie products
• Follow up on quotes and customer cases
• Collaborate with other departments to provide the best possible customer service

• Has experience in sales, customer service, or order processing
• Is communicative and enjoys customer contact
• Has strong administrative skills and works in a structured manner
• Is stress-resistant and enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• Is proficient with computers
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Experience from the food industry, restaurants, or work with meat and charcuterie is an advantage.
