About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative at Selecta, you will become a strategic business partner to our customers. You will work with solution-oriented B2B sales and be responsible for some of our largest business partners.

In this role, you will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and drive business forward together with the customer – always with a focus on long-term development and business value.

You will have broad responsibilities including:

  • Consultative Sales: You identify needs and develop tailored solutions for our corporate customers.
  • Account Management: You develop and manage relationships with key accounts, acting as a strategic partner in their development.
  • Business Development: You identify new business opportunities and drive growth within your customer portfolio.
  • Structured Approach: You work with CRM and other systems to ensure quality, follow-up, and business precision.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales who wants to take the next step in a role with significant responsibility, freedom, and the opportunity to make a real difference – both for your customers and for our business.

We believe you have:

  • Documented experience in solution-oriented sales to businesses.
  • The ability to handle both operational and strategic customer relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems and administrative work related to sales.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
