About the company
LF Älvsborg offers insurance and banking services as well as real estate brokerage under one roof. We are owned by our customers, which makes it natural for us to drive long-term sustainability work in the area where our customers – and owners – live.
Over the past few years, we have developed a new business area where we deliver loss-prevention products. We are now looking for a new colleague for our Customer Service team for Safety Services. The goal of this initiative is to develop digital services and connected products related to loss prevention work.
The business provides, among other things, loss-prevention services within fire, water, and burglary. With the motto – the best damage is the one that can be avoided – we are now taking another step to strengthen the safety of our customers.
Your role
We are looking for you who are studying and want a summer job at 50% during the summer of 2026. In the role of customer service representative at LF Älvsborg, you will belong to their customer service team where you have daily contact with the company's safety consultants.
A large part of the role involves planning and coordinating technician visits together with customer care.
Main responsibilities
- Booking and scheduling of safety consultants
- Rescheduling/cancellations
- Customer care
- Handling customer departures
- Support
- Contract management
Practical information
- Consultant via Clevry: You will be employed as a consultant via Clevry, but the work is performed at Länsförsäkringar Älvsborg's office in Borås during the summer assignment.
- Period: Week 25–33 summer 2026. The first week (w.25) includes training so that you get the right prerequisites to get into the role and tasks.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–13:00.
- Location: Borås.
Your profile
We are looking for you who:
- Have a completed high school diploma and are studying further after high school.
- Are available for work during the entire period week 24–33.
- Have previous experience in customer service, planning, and/or technical support (meritorious).
- Are comfortable working in different IT systems and digital tools.
- Master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Since customer contact is central to the role, we see that you are good at creating and maintaining relationships, are service-oriented, and trustworthy.
As a person, you are responsible and meticulous, with an eye for structure and order. You find it inspiring to be involved in developing the business and are happy to contribute ideas and engagement.
The work is done in close collaboration with colleagues within LF Älvsborg, which is why it is important that you are a team player who contributes energy and a positive atmosphere.
