Main Responsibilities

As a Store Associate, you will take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked, the store is clean and tidy, and handle customer payments. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will become an important part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience. We are a great team working together at Eurocash in the Svinesund Trade Area, and we are now looking for you to join our team. The position is a permanent part-time role of 30 hours per week, with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends. Naturally, we offer wages according to collective agreements.

What We Expect

Liking to work with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive with us, you should also enjoy working in a team, be detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the big picture. We prefer that you have completed upper secondary education, preferably within retail and service. Previous experience in the grocery industry is an advantage.
