About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our office in Gothenburg who wants to develop within sales and customer relations. In this role, you will work exclusively with warm leads – companies and individuals who have already shown interest in our services. Your focus will be on making contact, following up, and helping customers find the right solution based on their needs. You will become part of an engaged sales team where you will receive a thorough introduction, continuous coaching, and excellent opportunities to grow in your role.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service, support, or sales, preferably via telephone
• Is at the beginning of your career and wants to develop within sales
• Has a genuine interest in people and customer relationships
• Is communicative, attentive, and trustworthy
• Is motivated by achieving results and enjoys working in a team with common goals
• Is structured, positive, and takes personal responsibility for your work
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or support is an asset
• Good computer skills and the ability to work in various systems
• High school education or equivalent
• A driver's license (Class B) is a plus but not a requirement
