Do you want to work in an international environment, develop your communication skills, and be part of an engaged team? We are now looking for a customer service representative for a position at a world-leading furniture company, located at TP Nordic's office in Gothenburg.
👉 Planned start: April 27
💬 About the roleIn this role, you will handle incoming customer contacts and assist customers with service inquiries related to products and orders, such as:
🛋️ Questions about products and assortment
🧾 Orders and order status
🚛 Deliveries and delivery inquiries
🔄 Service cases and complaints
💬 General customer support and guidance
You will meet customers with different needs and guide them to the right solution in a clear, professional, and service-oriented manner. This role is suitable for you who enjoy communicating, solving problems, and want to build valuable experience in customer service in an international context 🌍
⏰ Working hoursMonday–Friday: 08:00-19:00
Saturday-Sunday: 09:30-18:00
