Drive complex B2B deals with a focus on value and relationships
A key role in value-based sales. Do you want to work with complex B2B sales where you truly make a difference for the customer? Are you driven by building long-term relationships and creating deals based on value rather than price? Then this might be the role for you.
We are looking for a business-driven salesperson for our High Value Sales team – a central role where you are responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to closing, with a focus on profitable growth and strong customer relationships.
About the role
As a salesperson with us, you work consultatively and long-term with B2B customers. You identify new business opportunities, develop your customer portfolio, and build relationships with decision-makers. By understanding the customer's business and needs, you develop solutions that create real business value.
You drive new sales through customer meetings, networking, and prospecting, while also developing existing customers. The role includes presentations, solution demonstrations, contract negotiations, and responsibility for the profitability of the business.
You work structured towards goals and KPIs, follow up on results, and use CRM as a natural tool. In close collaboration with internal teams, you ensure high quality in delivery.
This role includes travel, and you will visit customers in the Gothenburg area. Trips to Malmö and Stockholm may also be required.
About you
You are an experienced B2B salesperson with a strong business drive and experience in handling complex deals. You work confidently with value-based sales and have the ability to translate customer needs into clear and compelling offers.
As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and self-driven. You enjoy responsibility, work in a structured manner, and drive processes forward. You are motivated by results and have the perseverance required to succeed in a business-driven role. Experience with Challenger Sale or similar methodology is an asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service sector
- Experience with data-driven follow-up and reporting
- Good understanding of value-based sales
- Experience with price negotiations and complex deals
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fluent in Swedish and good English, both spoken and written
- Class B driver's license

Other details
The position is based in Kungälv in our bright, modern offices, and you will work both from the office and on-site with customers in the Gothenburg area. As mentioned, trips to Malmö and Stockholm may also be required. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and travel is a natural part of the role. You are covered by collective agreements and are offered, among other things, a wellness allowance and a company car.
